Radical mental health discussion group, It's a Mad World, will be showing Insight in Mind, a film about mania and depression, next Tuesday (2nd Feb), 7pm @ the Art Organisation.

Insight in Mind, a film by a Nottingham artist, contains poetic and vivid perspectives on mania and depression.
"‘Insight In Mind’ vividly demonstrates how it feels to experience highs and lows, through the use of poetry, visual imagery, photography, animation and music; taking the viewer on an emotional and informative journey.
The 14 poetic pieces are interwoven with the voices of survivors and carers, talking openly about their experiences, married with artworks contributed from mental health survivors." -

The Mad World group meets every month to discuss issues around mental health, share food, watch films and work towards a more understanding and inclusive world. It is open to all to attend and we would like to see you there!
