CYCLISTS TO PROVIDE SOUND AND LIGHT ESCORT FOR SNEINTON WINTER PARADE. sat Dec 13 FULLY LIT BIKES NEEDED FOR STEWARDING AND PARTYING.
The Sneinton Bikers are escorting the SNEINTON WINTER PARADE from Sneinton Market to the Windmill on Sat DeC 13. We need as many bikes, fully lit front and back, to buffer the rear of the parade. No vehicles will need to be used.
We will meet at the police station on Sneinton Dale at 3 o'clock then ride round as many streets as possible with bike sound system picking up cyclists Pied Piper style. We will then take them to Sneinton Market to enjoy the live music then, at 4o'clock, escort the parade up to the Windmill, where there will be entertainment til 8pm.
At the Windmill we will run a Scotchlite Reflective Patch making workshop. We are also hoping to get funding to give away free Bike lights to all riders.
