Today at 19.00 ,in syntagma(athens) square will start a demonstartion for solidarity to all fighters of england's streets.The demo will go at uk embassy and is organised by anarhist group.

this is a true working class uprising. i dont condone some things that have happened. however i think this is a more honest expression of anger and frustration than anything that could be organised. this was an explosion of rage at our own lives the system we are forced to live in. a lot of these kids cannot be expected to have a well thought out political point of view because the system has done its best to stupify them. this is more political because it has come from their lives and how they have been mistreated.

You people are beyond sick. People have had their livelihoods ruined and you're celebrating this? Solidarity with the thieves? Why don't you come down to Hackney and try your solidarity demo? The locals will certainly give you a bloody good kicking! You obviously need some sense knocking into your heads. 99.9% of people in this country hate the looters. How dare you accuse me of being a member of the racist EDL. We the black Hackney community are sick of the rioters and looters. They have ruined our community, why don't you come down here and see for yourself the damage they have done? Smashed windows, trashed businesses, burned out cars! The fear they struck into the heart of our community? We were prisoners in our own homes! Young and old, black and white, all of us were terrorised by these yobs.

It's clear to me Scrappy you're just another armchair socialist, you spout rubbish on Indymedia but you have NO support in the communities, the rioters have no support here in the real world in the communities. Why don't you leave your cushy middle class semi detached house and come down to Hackney and see for yourself the damage the rioters caused? See for yourself the pain and shame this has struck into the local community? You wont come down here shouting your mouth off in support because you know you are wrong, and the community will not allow you and your thug friends to cause any more harm to us!

So why don't you and your criminal friends come down here and try to rob us again? See what happens now that the local black community has said enough is enough. We wont have you smashing up our local amenities again.

It's time to wake up sunshine and grow up, I want a better future for my young kid when he's older. And it'll be over my dead body that you and the thug gangs are any part of it. Respect, tolerance, education. That's the future. Not rioting, stealing and arson.
