This event is part of a national walkout and day of action against the proposed massive raise in tuition fees, cuts to education and removal of EMA by the coalition govenment.

All students are encouraged (be it school, college or university) to walk out of lessons on Wednesday 24th November and join the protest in the city centre. Any non-students who agree that education is a right not a privilege should also join the protest.
When they say cut back, we say fight back!!
