On Friday 1st May itself, there will be Visteon Workers solidarity fundraiser, from 7pm - 11pm), to raise money for workers currently occupying and picketing in London and Belfast (see http://libcom.org/tags/visteon-occupation).
We will be showing clips of the occupations and the Naomi Klein documentary film about Argentinian factory occupations 'The Take' - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Take_(2004_film)
There will also be food, refreshments and discussion.
On Saturday 2nd, Visteon workers will also be joining the Merseyside May Day March on the Wirral on Saturday May 2. But back at Next To Nowhere...
From 12pm there will be a May Day fayre, with a bookstall, a free shop, music, table tennis and vegan food. At 7pm, this will be followed by another Visteon fundraiser, with a gig in support of those workers in struggle.
On Sunday 3rd, there will be the regular Sunday Matinee, with vegan cakes and other food from 4pm, and a film from 5pm.
