ZAPATISTA ARMY FOR NATIONAL LIBERATION.
MEXICO

Compañeras adherents of the Sixth Declaration, of the Other Campaign in Mexico and the Other on the Other Side.
Compañeras adherents of the Zezta Internacional of planet earth.
Sisters women of the world, and brothers.

We want to communicate to you a message from our compañeras comandantas and bases of support:

They are now finishing preparations for the work of the encounter to be held December 29, 30, and 31, 2007, named for our unforgettable compañera Comandanta Ramona.

The arrival is set for December 28, and that same day will be the registry in the Caracol of La Garrucha, Zapatista Autonomous Municipality in Rebellion Francisco Gómez, Zone Selva-Tzeltal.
The work during those three days will be carried out in plenaries, so that no one misses hearing the words of struggle of our compañeras Zapatistas of the EZLN.

The expositions given by our compañeras Zapatistas on each theme will last 40 minutes, with 15 minutes for questions and answers from the compañeras and sisters present.

The themes are:
1.- Women, and women in the Other Campaign
2.- How the Zapatistas lived before and how they live now
3.- What they did, and how they did it, in order to organize to achieve their rights
4.- What are their responsibilities now
5.- How they sustain themselves in their struggle
6.- What changes have been achieved
7.- How the Zapatista children, boys and girls, struggle
The Zapatista compañeras are working hard in order to be able to transmit well their experiences in struggle.

They await you with their hearts open to work these three days, plus one day of celebration for the 14th anniversary of the Zapatista uprising.

It is time and it is the moment to do something for this world, so poor due to the rich of each country and the rich that exploit poor countries.
Therefore our Zapatista compañeras wait for you here, compañeras of the Other Campaign and of the Zezta Internacional and our sisters in Mexico and in the world.

They also want us to remind you not to forget to bring your tent for sleeping, your flashlight, and your plate and spoon to eat with. There will be a dining hall, even if it’s just beans and rice at economic prices.
This is what the Zapatista compañeras wanted us to communicate to you.

Here we also send you the work themes and schedules.
