Met George Howarth MP for Kirby and former minister today. Have met him before, briefly, so he must have remembered me. He looked a bit p….. off with the government. Told me he did not think Hillary Armstrong was up to much and that Peter Kilfoyle was an OK guy. He said that as far as he was concerned Gordon Brown was not good enough to take over the job as Prime Minister if Blair bailed out.
Asked him had he heard of the web site Kirby Times? He said he had. He told me that the guy who runs it had got all his facts wrong. He said he had heard the Kirby Times webmaster gets all his info from the alehouse through alehouse banter.
The Kirby Times must be p……g the hierarchy off? No wonder they have tried to shut the Kirby Times down. Proves that the Internet is a powerful tool though, doesn’t it?
