Far left is helpless to stop the rise of the BNP

The simple fact is that the BNP are the Only socialist policy party in the elections that represent the white working class, unless we can put up an alternative then people will quitly place a tick in the box of the BNP.
True socialist parties have abandend the working class in favour of asylum seekers and islamic causes, even some black british admited in a survey they will vote BNP.
They are putting up second generation immigrants, arabs and jews for candidates (london and Bradford) blowing the white theory wide open, we need to wake up and learn a new word
Inclusion, for many many working socialist minded are following the BNP .

If some of the working class want to vote for overt racists instead of covert racists then thats their look out. Whats the BNP going to do if they get into power? Take away our 'freedom'? Incarcerate asylum seekers? Deport Chileans to Jamaica?

Perhaps once those who indulge their racism by supporting Griffin find that life under any type of elected politicos is still shit, they'll start looking at alternatives.

If our alternative is only doing what the racists want, then its no alternative at all.

So you think that backing away from defending asylum seekers will help stop the far right? The problem is, that is exactly what the political mainstream has been doing for years and all it has done is lend an air of legitimacy to the BNP's policies. If the political mainstream had some genuine beliefs, rather than just pursuing every vote possible, they would have attacked the xenophobic sewage pumped out by the likes of the Murdoch press, rather than pandering to it.

Rather than trying to move closer to the BNP, like the mainstream have, I'd rather see those on the far left stay true to their own beliefs and make anyone voting for the BNP face the fact that they aren't casting a protest vote, they're making a conscious decision to vote for fascists. You've always got the choice to stay at home on polling day.

Socialism isn't really the issue, since most of what the Hard Right deems "Left" are actually just the ever-growing Informed Middle. The Right calls us the "Left" in order to disguise how far to the Right, how far outside the mainstream they, themselves really are, as well as misrepresent their Opposition and silence its criticism, and keep the rest of the middle from identifying with them.

What needs to happen is for this new Social Justice Movement to stop referring to itself in the Right's lingo, and to make their voices heard on vital issues.

The left has deserted the white working classes, the reason being that after many years experience they reliase the white working classes will not vote for far left parties such as the SWP. Now the left has turned to the ever growing numbers of ethnic minorities to use as a power base, with limited sucess, ie Respect in Tower Hamlets. Hence why Respect do not bother standing in mainly white working class locations as they know they will get no where. The exceptions where Respect do stand in such places they will perform badly, such as in Newcastle at the last locals where their candidate got 32 votes. There always been a class snobishness when it comes to the left's relationship with white working classes, looking on them as thick and uncivilised. This shows still today when they think the white working classes are being conned by the BNP into voting for them. And all it needs is some well educated and wise ones of the left to point out to these poor whites the error of their ways. When in fact the white working classes know damm well what they are voting for and don't need condscending middle classe whites coming into their communties to tell them how stupid they all are. These whites are voting BNP because it is only this party which seems to reflect their views, defending their identity and culture which the left hate. The left always enjoy picking faults with the the white working classes and sneering and insulting their way of life. But the left will ignore any faults and prejudice's of the ethnic minorties. It is strange but the British left who are forever screaming racist at any one who disagrees with them are guilty of racism themselves. They favour other races above one other, the white working classes. They will not poke fun or sneer at other races except white working classes. They will accuse no other race of racism but the white working classes. The left of this country by their tactics and their political actions are helping to racially segregate the UK. The left actions will blow up in their faces.

1. It was Tony Blair who said that the working class don't exist not the 'left', who ever they may be. If you have only just realised that the white working class has been abandoned by the left then you're obviously not white and working class cos it happened twenty years ago.

I can understand people are fed up with the rise of the BNP. I mean who couldhave imagined that we would of had a BNP councillor in Leeds elected? But calling for direction action, which obviously means violence against these people is behaving exactly like them.
