THURSDAY 20th MARCH
Five years ago this Thursday, 20th March, US and UK forces began their illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq.
To mark the anniversary, peace campaigners and anti-war activists in Cambridge are organising a vigil for all those who have been killed in Iraq. We will be reading anti-war poems and we want as many people as possible to join us. So please come along with your poems or readings, banners and placards, to take part or to observe, to call for peace and justice in the Middle East and an end to war.
The vigil will take place at 6pm on the roundabout in front of Cambridge station. We hope to see many of you there.
