The trial scheduled for 26,27,28 of March has been postponed again. There will be a Pre Trial Review on 31 March to set the date for a preliminary hearing and the trial.
After numerous court appearances the defendants who are on charges relating to two different actions at Lakenheath Airbase are still awaiting their trial date. It is still being argued with the two incidents should be tried at the same time. For more information see:
