Cambridge biofuels protest this Saturday Feb 2

Cambridge Action Network | 31.01.2008 22:58 | Climate Chaos | Ecology | Cambridge

Everyone is welcome to come and join a protest against unsustainable biofuels, which will be held at the filling station in front of Tesco in Milton this Saturday Feb 2 from 1-3pm. We will display our nifty 'FOOD NOT FUEL' banner and hand out leaflets, as part of a UK-wide day of action called by biofuelwatch (biofuelwatch.org.uk).

The Tesco is a short cycle ride from Cambridge. The address is:

CAMBRIDGE ROAD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE,
MILTON,
CAMBRIDGE,
CAMBRIDGESHIRE,
CB24 6AY

and there is a map here:  http://tinyurl.com/2fn7yr

Apparently there is a cycle path, via the cycle bridge on Cowley Road (at the end of Milton Road) which avoids the roundabout.

For those travelling by bus, take Citi 2 which runs every ten minutes from Milton Rd/Emmanuel Street.

Hope to see you there!
