Cambridge Green Open Forum this Thursday

JimJay | 12.11.2006 14:50 | Cambridge

Just a quick reminder about the last Cambridge Green Open Forum of the year taking place this Thursday (16th) at 8 p.m. at the Friends Meeting House, Jesus Lane, 8 p.m.

After the success of the mobilisation to the climate change demonstration (thanks to everyone who pitched and who came along on the coach) and the marked increase in activity on environmental issues from various local groups and the council it's a good time for us to come together and see where we can support each other, find out what's going on and promote our various campaigns and initiatives.

This is going to be the last Green Forum of the year (the next one will probably be late Jan) so I'd like to encourage people to come along if they can make it to ensure it's future success - particualrly if you have ideas for the kind of thing you'd like to see the Green Forum get up to.

Please do let your groups, friends, etc know about this meeting, that would be a great help, thanks.
