The activists filled two shopping trolleys with produce sourced from Israel, while distributing 'Don't buy Israeli apartheid' leaflets amongst the fruit and veg shelves. The produce mainly consisted of fresh goods, dates, figs, grapefruit and sharon fruit, most likely grown on illegal Israel settlements.

When the trolleys were half full a 'Boycott Israeli Goods' banner was unfurled and one trolley was left in the fruit and veg aisle with an accompaniment of literature for passing shoppers while the other was delivered to the duty manager with requests for information on Tesco's purchasing policy.

While two activists questioned the manager, those holding the banner were asked by security to move themselves to outside of the store, a request which was shortly changed to the car park. During this time many leaflets were handed out to passing shoppers, the majority of whom responded in a positive manner.

Boycott Fools

Hey that's wonderful.
Now why don't you head down to the local computer store and convince the buyers that they shouldn't use computers because they use Israeli technology. Intel, Toshiba, microsoft etc all use Israeli technology.
But hey, you're not really THAT serious about boycotting Israeli goods, you're just making yourselves feel good, convincing yourself that you're doing something positive.
After you stint at the computer store, head on down to the local hospital and convince the patients that they shouldn't use anything developed by Israeli scientists, they're sure to join you boycott...

Israeli/Zionist Hasbarians will ridicule the idea, but the truth is that boycotts such as these are having an adverse effect on the Israeli economy. Keep it up!
