'Jenin Jenin', A film and talk, Monday 20 June, 7.30pm, Keynes Hall @ King's

A screening of the Palestinian film 'Jenin Jenin', made in the aftermath of the invasion of Jenin refugee camp by the Israeli military in 2002.

To be followed by a short talk by Dr Ursula Pretzlik on her experiences in Jenin.

All are welcome. Entry £1 [There will also be a book sale at the end of the event]

Dr Ursula Pretzlik has a PhD in early child psychology. She worked closely with Palestinian children in Palestinian refugee camps in Beirut, and Jenin camp. Her work attempts to highlight the plight of the Palestinian in the West Bank and Gaza and to raise awareness of many mental health issues-specifically depression. Dr Ursula was a researcher at the Institute of education, Oxford University and the Institute of Education University of London.
