In recent months, gypsies and travellers have been the subject of a vicious hate campaign by both politicians and the rightwing press. As an antidote to this, we present an opportunity to hear from travellers themselves, as well as those who are working to support them in an often hostile society.
Directions: the Bharat Bhavan is the large hall on the left just before the railway as you head out of town along Mill Road. Enter from the side, through the large red door. A map is here:
