Cambridge Indymedia will be showing Chomsky's 'Distorted morality: America's war on terror' at the Geldart (Ainsworth Street - map here) on Sunday April 24th, 7.30pm.
In 'Distorted morality', a lecture delivered by Chomsky in 2002, he questions whether America, with it's history of support for violent and anti-democratic governments, is really capable of fighting a 'war on terror'. The text of the lecture is available online.
The screening will also feature short films of May Day actions from around Europe, including actions against precarious work in Milan, anti-EU demonstrations in Dublin, and an anti-consumerist picnic in Cambridge.
