The event took place at the end of national Brain Injury Awareness Week and there were displays encouraging people to wear cycle helmets and use proper head protection at work, which are two simple steps that can reduce the risk. Money raised by the walk goes to Headway King's Lynn and District, the brain injury association's local group.
Organisers would like to thank the dozen or so marshalls, including the Council-coordinated volunteers, and the local firms which sponsored the prizes and supported the event.
