The people of Fallujah wrote an open letter to Kofi Annan stating that there was no military presence in their city. Annan told George Bush, Tony Blair and Allawi that attacking Fallujah would only deepen the sense of alienation amongst the population and jeapordise any sense of democracy in Iraq.
Well over 6,000 of the 300,000 population remained behind and reports have been received that there are many civilian casualties. The attacking forces have bombed hospitals, medical stores and hit Iraqi homes. The remaining population are trapped within the city too terrified to leave.
British troops are being used to support this US led bloodshed ordered by the American hireling Allawi.
Last Saturday 700 Norwich people took leaflets and signed petitions to
withdraw British Troops, many others bought white poppies for peace.

Further Action:
Stall, white poppy sale and protest against the attack on Fallujah this Saturday 13th 1pm Haymarket
