Snowball Appeal Upheld

Mrs Justice Raftery rejects a joint application by the Crown Prosecution Service of Dorset and Cambridgeshire to allow an appeal to the House of Lords following her ruling on 21 October 2001 to aquit snowball campaigner Rowan Tilly.
