Well done Emily, hope all goes well for you. keep up the good work. It does matter, and all the road issues, and fracking issues are really important. We need to protect our country from being ravaged and spoilt by shortsighted money motivated corporate mandrines.

Trial adjourned after semi-victory

23.10.2013 17:07

On 11 October, the trial only started at 2.15pm because of court confusion and a lack of senior judges (to hear this 'Special Jurisdiction' case) and was adjourned at 5.15 or so.

By that time the prosecution had presented its case and Emily had successfully argued that there was no case to answer on one of the charges.

One charge remains and will be heard at 2pm on Wednesday 30 October, back at Westminster Magistrates Court, when Emily will present her defence.
